Here's how we can work together:

One-on-one coaching
I take on 3 private coaching clients each month. This is great if you thrive with one-on-one attention and have a specific goal you want to acheive for your health. It may be something like: stop snacking at night, create a consistent exercise routine, or tackle sugar cravings. Together, we will establish your goal, create a realistic plan, you'll have a safe, confidential space to talk about your concerns, and we will apply laser focus to be sure you get results.

How it works: we'll have a 1/2 hour phone call every week for 4 weeks. I also provide support via email throughout the week. Your investment is $297.

Free Intro Session
If you're interested in working together but want to chat first, we can schedule a free 30-minute intro session. During this call we will establish what your goals are, and we'll both have a chance to assess if we're a good fit for working together. This session is a powerful opportunity to get clear about your own goals, what's holding you back, and how we can get you to a better place.
